We pride ourselves on the quality of our goods & customer services since 1987. Any goods ordered should arrive in pristine/A1 condition. Should this not be the case, or if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then we offer the following terms and conditions for your satisfaction:
All our garments/listings have finished sizings charts & information so that buyers can measure & compare with their nearest similar garment & choose accordingly. We do not advise buyers as fitting tastes differ. We use regular/major high street/industry standard sizings since 1987.
If your goods are lost, damaged or delayed in transit, arrive faulty, or are incorrect, please contact us immediately as details on documents or sales@hunter-outdooruk.com , we will then advise the best resolution.
Always check packages @ arrival & tell carrier if any damages are apparent. Please keep notes/take pictures & save proof of any damaged goods & packaging. Carriers will need Proof/evidence for any claims.
If your product develops a fault, contact us with your order ID & details to discuss the preferred course of action that you would like us to take.
Please note our garments are sold as Fashionable leisurewear. These are not bullet proof unless described as such. WetWaxed(& oiled) Garments will be waterproof as long as the fabric is kept wax/oiled. In case the wax/oil is abraded or rubbed off then the fabric will not be”waterproof” to same extent. It is important to reproof the fabric regularly as stated on labellings.
If you want to return a purchase to us for any other reason, we offer a No Quibble 30-day returns policy. Please contact sales@hunter-outdooruk.com for a Returns Merchandise Authority( RMA number)

Any returned goods must be as sent/unworn/unused/complete with all accessories, in its original packaging and 100% re-saleable condition. Please use a reputable courier, with adequate insurance to cover goods value. Also include copies of your order/receipts and state any reason(s) for return.
Please note that all goods will be checked before refund and anything that stops us reselling imm maybe chargeable such as missing items/accessories.
If any returns are not in clean condition (eg covered in pet hairs) maybe returned and/or a variable cleaning charge deducted.
Once we receive goods in our warehouse, we will try to process your refund within 3-5 working days. For exchanges ; you may purchase the size/colour you require from our store once refund is sent.
Please note postage(s) are not refunded unless goods are faulty or not as described.
In case during wear(ing): faults develop: please contact us with details. We will always try to help genuine issues. We can repair & rectify most issues depending on extent of wear & time since sold. We also offer repairs services for most garments even after years of wear subject to the garment itself/matching fabric & materials etc. Contact us with details; we need happy repeat buyers.
We will refute unfair/vexatious or goods misuse claims. Anything returned without pre RMA may be delayed until/unless we can identify order/buyer etc.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above terms and conditions.
Holiday Returns : Any purchase made between 1st November and 24th December can be returned before 21st January, subject to our normal terms and conditions.
